This cottage, located in a hamlet 2 km from Surzur, comprises on the ground floor: a living room with a dining room, kitchen, and lounge, as well as a toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and an en-suite shower room. Gravelled courtyard, private 500 m² unfenced land. 7500 m² land shared with the owner and cottage 56G24845\. Adjoining a year-round rental and close to 56G24845 and the owner's house. Shared parking on the property. Wi-Fi not suitable for remote working. On the Rhuys Peninsula, Surzur is both rural (local products like cider and charcuterie) and coastal, with its oyster farming area. It's a commune in the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park and located about fifteen kilometers from Vannes, a fortified town dating back two thousand years. For your lazy days and swimming, the beaches of Damgan and Sarzeau await you! Small country house, nestled in the countryside, for a quiet stay and located 2 steps from the Gulf of Morbihan
