"Our stay at Mutianyu Great Wall Wangshanyuan Homestay was one of the highlights of our trip. The family who runs the homestay is incredibly friendly and welcoming — they truly treat you like family. The food was fantastic, especially the homemade dumplings and snacks, which were some of the best we had in China. They were also very helpful in planning our trip, offering great itinerary recommendations to make sure we made the most of our visit. They even arranged transportation to the Forbidden City and our airport transfer at a very reasonable price, and the car was very comfortable. The location is amazing — right next to the Mutianyu Great Wall. Our room even had Great Wall stones built into the walls, which made the experience feel even more unique and memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you want a warm, authentic experience near the Great Wall."

"If the very cheap breakfast extra charge seems too good to be true, it's because it is too good to be true. We went downstairs after 8 AM and there was no breakfast to be seem nor any staff. This is more of an airbnb style location than a hotel. You will get what you pay for... 如果那个非常便宜的早餐加收费看起来好得令人难以置信，那是因为它确实不真实。我们早上八点后下楼，根本没有看到早餐，也没有任何工作人员。这更像是Airbnb式的住宿地点，而不是酒店。你得到的服务和品质，基本上就是你付的钱所对应的。"
