Pour Again Straight shot, 750 feet from the beach and a short walk to Surfside Pier, restaurants, bars and handmade ice cream including River City Cafe, Pizza Hyena, Bubba's Fish Shack, Chimichanga Llama, Gracious Pig Smokehouse, Scotty's Beach Bar and you can always sing karaoke at Neal and Pam's Bar and Grill and walk home. Numerous other restaurants and night spots are less than a mile away. 6th Avenue is NOT a thru street, limiting traffic and increasing privacy. Garden City Pier is 2.9 miles south. EXTERIOR FEATURES Private Pool (18' x 22' x 7' & 3 1/2' - 5' Deep) - Professionally Maintained, Street Side Covered Porch on First Level and Covered Sitting Area with high top table, stools and chairs, along with outside Stereo on ground level adjacent to pool. Beach and pool toys, beach chairs, beach cart and wheeled coolers are provided as well. Three Covered Parking spaces with 2 additional in driveway. Cook by the pool as the Ground Level Pool house includes an additional Refrigerator/Freezer with 3rd Ice Maker and second Microwave/Convection Oven. A charcoal grill is next to the backyard picnic tables along with the Outside Shower. High speed internet, 6 Flat Screen Televisions (5 Smart), Desk in upstairs bedroom, Dual zone heating and air, ceiling fans throughout. Open concept great room with living and dining areas open to kitchen. All new kitchen appliances and granite countertops with Range with Convection Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer with DUAL ice makers, and Dishwasher; Well equipped kitchen with coffee pot and Keurig, crockpot, griddle, electric skillet, waffle iron, and abundant cooking and serving utensils. Laundry including a Washer & Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board on second floor. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. \*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival.
