Hermitage G3 Tucked away on a quiet street, the Hermitage complex is centrally-located just a short walk to the beach, the soon-to-be Pier, and several new restaurants in the "entertainment district" of Surfside Beach. Offering plenty of living space both indoors and out, you and your family will have the ability to unplug, reconnect, and make lasting memories! The private storage unit located on the ground floor of the complex provides the convenience of storing sandy beach items downstairs. We hope that you'll find time to slow down, relax, and enjoy quality time with your loved ones at Hermitage G3! LOCATION 310 3rd Avenue North #G3 Surfside Beach, SC 29575 EXTERIOR FEATURES Upper-Level Unit, Community Pool (Open Seasonally from April 1st-October 1st, Closes at 8pm) - Professionally Maintained, Private Balcony, Outdoor Shower, Non-Smoking Unit, No Pets Allowed, No Fishing, No Golf Carts or Trailers & No Grills Allowed, 1 Paved Parking Spot SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS (Two): 1 King, 1 Twin over Twin Bunk Bed & 1 Queen BATHROOM LOCATIONS (Two): 1 Full Bath with Hall Access, 1 Private Master Full Bath PROPERTY AMENITIES Internet, Television, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed. \*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option.
