Want to have 8 complimentary custom beach chairs included with your stay? Ditch the car and rent one of our custom gas powered golf carts for your stay! Spend mornings and afternoons at the private salt water pool. Catch some shade on either of the 2 decks overlooking the pool or gather around the pool for a grilling feast. This one is calling you in the name of total relaxation with the family and de-stressing! The Space: This beautifully remodeled home's first level contains 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with 2 twins. There is also a large shared bath with double vanities and tub/shower combo. The second level has 3 additional bedrooms. The Primary has a beautiful private deck the full width of the home with views of the new Surfside Pier and restaurants, a walk in closet and private en suite bath with double vanities. The additional bedrooms on this level each contain 2 double beds and share a Jack and Jill style bath with double vanities. There is also a full sized washer and dryer in the upstairs laundry room. Guest Access: The entire home including 2 full width of the house balconies, both overlooking the pool deck and the upper with some ocean views. The Neighborhood: It doesn't get better than this in terms of Surfside Beach location. You will be able to be at the beach and yet have an urban like experience, being able to walk many places. The brand new Surfside Beach Pier opened March 2024 is a 1 minute walk away along with several outstanding dining options. For a really fun family bonding experience, rent a gas powered golf cart to take you on your short journeys. They can be delivered and picked up from the home. Getting Around: Don't miss our Brand New Luxe 6 seater limo style gas powered golf cart available for rent during your stay. Don't worry about having to charge up every night as one tank of gas will handle 140 miles of cruising around. Its also much easier to park at the public beach access points with a golf cart, though you can walk to the beach access right at the end of the street less than 2 blocks away as well. The home is just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $25-30. Other Things to Note: We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay. Overall, the stay was fine but the house has a bunch of tiny issues "visually" that leaves you to wonder if you'll be blamed for anything. The bathrooms "all except master" need fixes, updating, paint, and various drywall work around plumbing. The kitchen regrigerator has dents all over it, again, we didnt care but you never know when youll get blamed for something. The pool is not heated and water is a chilly 70 to 80 which is our fault for not checking. The listing didnt say "not heated.. but it also didnt say heated".. be aware of that. The area is great, tons to do but with that comes a ton of noise. Lots of construction that starts very early, we are talking 4am early. Garbage trucks at 4am as well. We will likely pick a different spot next time "more secluded". Some bedrooms have curtains.. some dont so if your sensitive to light, stay away. You can hear everything including neighbors fighting on multiple occasions so if you expect privacy or "quietness" you wont get that here. We asked mgmt what the wifi code was and they never responded but we did find the code after the fact so not sure how responsive they are. The mgmt offered a golf cart at a daily price but come to find out the cart was illegal and they did not have any SC stickers on it. We were pulled over once for not having stickers and parking is difficult without the stickers since you cant really register without it. They are supposed to discount us for the non-use but I havent heard anything. ##### Joaquin T.
