The bedding is very comfortable and the bedrooms were perfect for our small family of four. The porch/deck is half covered with plenty of seating. It's centrally and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, Fuller Park (check out the upcoming activities & farmer's market) and some of the best Surfside Beach restaurants like Bubba's Fish Shack, River City Cafe, Gracious Pig Smokehouse & Pizza Hyena! The only suggestion is that they need to add a comfy chair in the small living area or upsize the small sofa to an L-shape to accommodate 4 or more guests.
