All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Sep 1, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, location Disliked: Check-in, communication Property was right on the beach which was nice. There are an abundance of rules, items in the kitchen barely worked (pizza cutter, can opener), roaches everywhere outside including on our balcony. The linen policy was not mentioned when I booked-it is ridiculous to pay 200 extra to have sheets. (Sheets cost 20 at wal-mart), Then if you want them on the bed it’s more money-but the guests have to strip the beds and get no money back for doing that-very nickel and dime you type place to stay. We travel a good bit and have never had to bring sheets or bath towels or “rent” them. Poor communication with managing office. The chairs at the dining room table were very stained, the dishwasher only allows one setting- a lot of updates needed at this property. ##### Geneia G.
