Beautiful three bedroom, 2.5 bath home located just steps from the beach. Site 1150 is located five houses back from the ocean. Gorgeous ocean view from the living room and deck! Relax, lay beside the pool, and enjoy your vacation with the entire family. Ocean Lakes offers a lot, including a water park, indoor and outdoor pools, and a lazy river. We have great year-round rates. During the prime season, we rent from Saturday to Saturday only. We endeavor to keep our home updated and in good condition for your enjoyment. All new kitchen appliances including a new washer and dryer were installed in 2025\. New big-screen television in the living room, new bedroom furniture, and fashionable Polywood furniture for the deck. The first level has a sizeable fully furnished kitchen with appliances you will fall in love with. This fully equipped kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and everything you can think of to prepare a home-cooked meal. The living room seating includes a large Queen sleeper sofa and 3 more chairs for spacious seating. The dining room contains a table and chairs that seat six people. The bar area seats an additional four people. A half bath is down the hall from the living room and dining room. The master bedroom on the first floor contains a king-size bed and shares a full-size bathroom (shower, no tub). The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The second level is accessed from the living room and contains two bedrooms, one full - bath (with tub/shower), and a full-sized washer/dryer just off the hallway. One of the bedrooms upstairs contains one queen bed and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom contains two queen beds and a little bedroom off to the side with a twin bed in it: There is also a gas grill available for use in addition to picnic table and an outside shower with hot and cold water. Accommodations: Raised beach house on stilts with three bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 baths. There are beds for nine people and a queen sleeper sofa that can sleep 2: MAXIMUM number of people 11! The security deposit is $500.00, which is refunded after departure, provided the house is left neat and damage free. If our home is left neat and passes damage inspection, the security deposit will be returned in FULL. Please allow up to 14 days for a security deposit to be returned. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is THREE. NOTE: OCEAN LAKES CHARGES RENTERS $15 PER VEHICLE PER DAY TO PARK. IF YOU UTILIZE EXPRESS CHECK-IN, IT IS $12 PER VEHICLE PER DAY. THIS PARKING FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE! THIS PARKING FEE IS TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO OCEAN LAKES UPON ARRIVAL OR THRU EXPRESS CHECK-IN. The linen package will be available outside of those dates at an additional charge, please inquire. There is one king bed, three queen beds, one twin bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. We always provide comforters/blankets, pillows, and mattress pads. Paper products are not provided. TWO COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CARTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL. IF THE GOLF CART(S) BREAKS DOWN FOR WHATEVER REASON, WE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO GET IT FIXED ASAP! WE WILL NOT PAY FOR YOU TO RENT ONE FROM OCEAN LAKES NOR WILL WE DEDUCT ANY MONEY FROM THE RENTAL RATE. This property was overall very nice. Just 4 houses away from the beach was perfect walk, when the beach was packed. The 2 golf carts were included and were so nice to have to ride around in. You are a ways away from the pool so came in handy to truck everyone there. It was nice to be in the more quiet part of the park. The house was perfect size for our family to be comfortable. The owner was very nice and helpful. If we needed anything the owner was prompt in responding. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Andrea H. The house was perfect for our trip with mothers, daughters and grandchildren. My 3-year-old grandson loved having his own "room" - the bed in the closet! The house was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the golf cart was an added benefit. Tonya was wonderful to work with and answered all my inquiries promptly. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. ALL of the appliances were top notch!!THE VIEW is gorgeous. The deck is spacious. The gold carts were so fun to decorate and participate in the golf cart parade. This home is perfect for a family. We had 6 people and had plenty of room.Highly recommended!!!! ##### Christa C.
