Check in times were posted as 4:00 pm; We had trouble accessing the unit at 4:00 pm only to be told by the realtor that is was not accessible until 5 pm. We reported issues with the facilities and were told that a maintenance person would be sent. No maintenance personnel showed at all. The rebooking policies for bask away were not honored. Communications/action were inconsistent with posted policy Note: The living room tv and tv in first floor bedroom were in disrepair. The fans in the bathrooms did not work.
