This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house takes your breath away from start to finish. Max 8 Adults and 4-5 Children. Great Parking under the house, you can fit most any type of vehicle, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, propane barbecue. Parking Station for the Golf Carts. \*\*\* Enjoy our covered porches on a sunny or raining day, lots of seating and dining table. Upon entering the house, the welcoming living room/ kitchen and dining room open floor plan. So spacious for all to sit cook, eat enjoy family and friends. The first Master Bedroom is on the first floor with a King bed, First floor bathroom can become on suite. First floor bathroom, also very spacious, large shower, one sink allowing for more counter space, all granite. The kitchen is beautiful, fully equipped for all your cooking and allows lots of space for all you food and supplies. There are two tables allowing everyone to sit and eat at the table. Washer and dryer also on first floor. \*\*\* Second floor you will find 4 bedrooms, the front of the house with access to the decks is our first Queen bedroom, the other is our King bedroom this room also has access to a bathroom that can be shared or become an on suite for a second master bedroom. The back of the house adjacent to the King bedroom is our Bunk bedroom, the first bunk bed is made of 2 twin bunks, the second is a Full size bottom and twin on top. On the other side opposite the Queen with access to the deck is another Queen , the third bathroom between both rooms. There is another covered porch upstairs off the front bedrooms with lots of seating with great Ocean views. Guests have access to all on-site amenities at Ocean Lakes. This includes, but not limited to: Pools, lazy river, kids pool w/ water climbers, restaurant, general/grocery store, golf cart rental (not included in price), daily activities, etc. Direct Beach Access, Private Beach Access. Only negative thing I have to say is that we had to kill about eight cockroaches and then some other small bugs which was not fun . But other than that, the house met our expectations with a more than accurate description as well as the ease of checking in and out of the property. The inclusion of a golf cart was a plus and super convenient as we didn’t have to rent one from Ocean Lakes. This was hands-down the best house we have stayed in or visited. It has a great layout and appears solidly built with quality materials. I am sometimes concerned when I see a galley-style kitchen, but this one is plenty spacious. The cabinet doors and drawers were auto-pull back and a nice touch. Moreover, the cabinets and drawers are well stocked with dishes and supplies.The parking area below was spacious. We had a Suburban, a midsize seven-seater SUV and a crossover SUV along with an Ocean Lake golf car and there was still plenty of space below. It was also a good place for us to have wait out a couple of storms that passed through while we were at the beach.They did a great job of selecting the furniture. The two large tables inside were nice as was the rolling coffee table. We all liked the outside table on the main deck as well as the large chairs. It's been a great place to get away from the rain recently. Plus, the 20 somethings in the group hang out there in the evenings.I am not an artsy guy at all, but I like the color palette. I also like the decor; it's beachy without being over the top. Nonporous floors are the way to go and I don't understand why more of these houses don't have them. It truly was a perfect beach house! The location couldn’t be better, the house itself was so clean, and goodness the quality! The house was only a short walk to the beach, literally a thirty second walk, and the available golf cart made navigating the resort property a breeze. The ocean lakes convenience store and restaurant were easy to get to and take advantage of. The house was made with such quality it really is going to hold its beauty for a long time! Everything is still in perfect shape just like the photos in the listing show. All the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfy, we had no problem settling in and making ourselves comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the spacious main porch and the poly furniture was perfect. The upstairs balcony was used every evening to hang out on and enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds. Also the perfect spot to watch the rain and thunderstorms roll through. The ground level shower was so convenient to shower off the sand and salt from the beach. The beach chairs provided were perfect for all of us. I can’t say enough how perfect everything was. Maria was very prompt with everything and the home was immaculate. The small details like soft linens already on the bed (and very comfortable beds at that) was so nice after a long day of travel. New house with new furniture and was very clean. Steps to the beach. Kitchen was furnished with all the appliances and anything you needed. Lenin service was included along with use of one of the provided golf carts, which made it super convenient. Communication with the property manager was easy and responses were fast. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in Ocean Lakes and enjoy a good time with friends or family. ##### George M. Quick walk and you were there! Maria was very helpful making sure everything that was needed was there! It has two nice outside area with good furniture!!
