Linen incld. Golf Car This vacation beach house is located just 2 streets back from the ocean and 1 minute walk to the pool in Ocean Lakes Campground in Myrtle Beach. We own multiple properties within the community - please ask us about site 1174A too. We take pride in our homes, keep them well maintained and clean for our renters. Once inside you’ll notice the beautifully decorated living and dining areas. The cooking-friendly kitchen has plenty of counter-space and is complete with everything you’ll need to prepare your own meals, or you may instead prefer to prepare your meals outside on the gas-grill with propane provided. There is indoor dining seating for 10+ additional outdoor dining for 12 if you’d rather enjoy your meals while taking in the warmth of the sun. We've also furnished our home with a portable crib and high-chair should you need them. Our home has free Wi-Fi and expanded cable for all televisions. Ocean Lakes has a full recreation staff that schedule many daily activities for the guests, please be sure to pickup a event schedule upon arrival. There are also numerous other activities available for both the kids and the adults; including basketball, arcade, putt-putt, Bingo, shuffleboard and more. With the added security of life guards at each pool, 24-hr guards at the entrance gates, 24-hr security patrols, 'Quiet Hours' from 11pm - 7am, and a 10 mph vehicle speed limit this community is a very safe vacation destination for your whole family. The property has excellent proximity to the beach and the pool. Spacious and communication with the host was easy. I would say the only critical comment I have was the towels provided must've been new but they shed like crazy. The owner was very responsive both before and after our rental. The house was a perfect size for our group of 12\. The location was fantastic, about a minute walk to the beach and a minute or two walk to the pool and water slides. Easy access and plenty of parking. We also rented the available golf cart and that was one of the hits of the weekend. Definitely check this rental out for a visit to Ocean Lakes. Our first time staying at this house. The house is in a great location. Its walking distance from the ocean as well as the water park. We did use a golf cart as we have 3 toddlers and it's much easier to go around with all their stuff. The golf cart cord was broken and he had it fixed within an hour. The furniture as very worn and the outdoor seating was falling through. There were only 4 usable chairs on the porch. There were no trash bags, and the showers were stained. We also had numerous Palmetto bugs inside the property. They are an ongoing issue for property owners, however not fun to find inside a drawer.
