The light coastal furnishings will provide the perfect atmosphere to relax during your beach vacation while the upstairs loft bedroom grants an open feel and a truly unique stay. High Speed Internet, Televisions, Heat and Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer and Dryer, Range and Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows, and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, etc as needed. If additional parking is needed please feel free to find a public lot in Surfside Beach. Paid lots are located at Surfside Pier, 3rd Ave N, and 6th Ave North. \*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. The dryer had water running down the front of it. It took 2 days for someone to respond and come out and then were told a new unit was needed. So we were unable to wash any clothes for this trip. This was a huge inconvenience and to beat it all Surfside Realty said they would compensate us for some of this which would make it great and i would go back, however, i have left 3 messages and they will not return my phone call. Will try calling again today, but extremely dissatisfied with this unit ##### RYAN L.
