Step out onto the spacious covered ocean-facing balconies to take in the stunning views, or relax inside where you'll find fireplaces in all the bedrooms as well as the living room, creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere. With two oceanfront bedrooms, you can enjoy the fresh ocean air and incredible views right from your room. For added convenience, Islander J1 now offers a “WiFi Porter,” making it super simple to connect to the internet. Guests also have access to a digital guestbook that provides weather updates, water temperatures, surf reports, tide times, and helpful information about local dining, shopping, and attractions. This condo is perfect for family getaways, offering both comfort and style in sunny Surfside Beach!

All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.  
  
\*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.  
  
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment.
