There was black mold down the right side of the patio door frame on the inside. The beds were very uncomfortable. I have never had to make my own bed or bring my own towels. The property was very nice and in a great location, but the cost for this unit was way too much, when you were in a unit that obviously was very cheaply furnished or long overdue for new furniture and a good painting! We mentioned there was a small plumbing issue and we got a response within a few minutes and repair was done rapidly. The exterior look, parking, pool, access to the beach and patio are great, with maintenance A1\. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and the appliances worked well. We suggested a few improvements like some painting and new cushions on the kitchen chairs. We still recommand that condo and would love to go again. ##### Maryse F. Does need a bit of new paint on the walls, can see where people likely bang luggage and scuff the walls. The chair cushions could also use a cleaning. The DVD player was disconnected.
