First, impression when you walk in...holy cow, it's hot. The A/C is extremely inefficient...and it's clear that the property owners/manager knows this as they had plug-in fans in every bedroom to help compensate for the lack of cooling. Everything in there (aside from the couches) need to be deep cleaned or replaced...particularly the bedding and probably the beds themselves. Cleanliness in general was the biggest issue, I had to go purchase fly traps and a fly swatter as the place had them everywhere. I personally had to wash dishes before using them and clean the common areas to get through the film that was on most all the kitchen area...there's no doubt I left it more clean than I found it. While we were there, the property manager had a handyman come by (without us asking) to hammer down all the exposed nails on the deck, which was nice since I wouldn't let my two year old play out there prior. All in all, for the condition it's in, it's not a good value for the price during peak season. The only reason this isn't getting 1-star is because technically, the pictures are accurate...it's just clear very little of the rental money is being re-invested into the property.
