With a deeded beach access just across the street, you're only a few steps away from the beautiful shores of Holden Beach! The home boasts exquisite design with high-end finishes and vibrant accents throughout.  
  
The inverted floor plan allows for ample natural light and breathtaking views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and serene marsh from the second-floor living area. Upon reaching the second floor, you'll discover a spacious living room, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for all your culinary adventures! Share meals with family in the dining room or enjoy a drink on the deck while taking in the stunning marsh views at sunset. Also on this floor is Bedroom 1 featuring a Queen-sized bed and a private bathroom, along with a convenient half bathroom adjacent to the kitchen.  
  
The first floor includes the laundry room and two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Each room is beautifully decorated, infused with cheerful summer colors.
