It offers 7 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating everyone in your group. Second Floor- Room 5: King Room 6: Queen Room 7: 1 Full Bed & 1 Bunk BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at 111 Ocean Blvd W. Approximately a 9 minute walk! HOUSE RULES: \- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE \- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old \- NO PETS \- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past. \- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time. \- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed. \- Please do not move or rearrange furniture. \- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed. \- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time. \- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings. \- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens. CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date.
