The 10-bedroom, 10-bath oceanfront Hobbs Smart Home (4K, 3Q, 11T) is well-appointed and offers panoramic, stunning views of the Atlantic from the expansive open and covered balconies, decks, and porches. Enjoy the private saltwater swimming pool and hot tub off the back deck and among the natural dunes, or follow the private walkway over the dunes to select your secluded spot on the shoreline. Every detail inside the home - from the wall of windows so as not to miss a moment of beauty to the state-of-the-art kitchen - ensures an unforgettable Holden Beach vacation experience. The spacious living areas on the second and third floors are perfect for family entertaining. The top-floor game room boasts a pool table, a card/game table, and a mini kitchen. Both living areas and all 10 bedrooms provide a smart, flat-screen TV (no cable). In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a minute of surf and sand! The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F.
