Kitchen refresh prior to start of 2022 season. It has an inverted floor plan--the kitchen, dining area and main living area are on the top floor, allowing for the best ocean views of Holden Beach, as well as incredible views of the marsh and ICW. Enjoy Smart Home entry system. Beach Access - Walk directly across the street from POM Breeze and you will find yourself on Holden Beach. You won't believe how close it is! House Access - An elevator allows access to all levels of the home. It is handicapped accessible and saves with loading and unloading vehicles. Both living levels are wheelchair and stroller accessible with wide hallways. There are 4 easy walk-in showers and 2 bathtubs. Wi-Fi is throughout home. Living Areas - The upper living area has a TV, DVD player and lots of space. The views of the ocean are spectacular from the front of the home; the views of the marsh and ICW are also enjoyable from the back of the home. There are games and puzzles to enjoy. The lower living area is a great place to hang, offering a TV and DVD player. Again, enjoy the views of the ocean and the marsh from this level, as well. Both living areas, front and rear decks and pool area have audio sound system. The lower level sectional is also a queen-size sleeper. Kitchen/Dining - This well-equipped kitchen is high-end, boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We have stocked it with everything we have needed when renting beach homes. We believe our kitchen will allow you to be able to cook for your entire crew. The dining table seats 8, 6 barstools are around the kitchen island. A pantry off the kitchen provides extra storage. Pool & Hot Tub - After a great day at the beach, enjoy some time around the pool or in the hot tub. It is lovely in the evening! Pool is half in the shade; great place to cool off from the beach. Bedrooms - Four of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a shared bathroom off of the kitchen. There is a half bath on the lower level. Cleaning - The house is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. In addition, every bed is fully protected with a sealed mattress protector, ensuring you will have a good night's sleep. Minimum stay - Mid May through Mid September, the minimum stay is 7 days with the change over day being Saturday. Mid September through Mid May, the minimum stay is 3 days. We want you to have a wonderful time together. We care about you and your family and want to ensure our customers are happy with their vacation and the time they spend at POM Breeze on Holden Beach. There are lovely views of the beach and the marsh . The beach access is right across the street. The beach is beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. We traveled with an infant, toddlers, and adults of all ages including elderly great grandparents. This home accommodated us all perfectly. Having the elevator was great! The elevator was a must for my father and it also helped with groceries! Our kids really enjoyed the pool and we loved the views and the easy access to the beach. The house was very clean and the location was great. Beach access across the street made getting onto the beach easy.
