The upper floor hosts the main living area and kitchen, basking in sunlight and capturing scenic views, while the lower level offers a tranquil retreat for restful sleep and a secondary family room perfect for providing plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax. This home is located at 120 Clipper Ship Drive, Holden Beach Pool heater may be available from Labor Day to Memorial Day upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals. Outdoor hot and cold running water is generally available each year from April through October. Weather permitting, outdoor water can be turned on outside these dates by request. Early Check-in is Not Available for this Property. A security deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning needs during your stay. This deposit is fully refundable after your departure, provided no damage or additional charges are incurred. The kitchen cookware was non-existent. The two cooking pots were small, broken and not safe to use. The pot holders/oven mitts were filthy. There were dead water bugs in the enclosed ground level entry way - along with dirt and a filthy broom. The bed sheets that were provided by the linen service did not fit the beds because of the mattress toppers on each bed. The fitted sheets would not stay on the mattresses. In the upper level bathroom there were two floor mats that were stained and dirty. For a property that cost approximately $600 per night - after taxes and fees - our expectation for cleanliness was definitely not met. The level of care and consideration by the owner of their guests was very disappointing. We would not recommend this property and do not plan to stay there again. ##### Andrea B.
