This delightful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, located on the popular East End of Holden Beach, is within walking distance to all of the island restaurants and nightlife, as well as the Holden Beach town park, tennis courts, splash pad and gazebo. Walk over to grab a slushie or some candy and join the crowd at the gazebo on Sunday evening for the free summer concerts under the bridge! You will love the bright and cheerful open-concept living room/kitchen/dining area, complete with a queen size sleeper sofa (bed linens not provided for sleeper sofa), along with the convenience of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on this lower level. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed with balcony access, and shares the full bathroom located on this level (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #2 is perfect for the kids, with 2 twin beds and shares the full bathroom located on this level (tub/shower combo). The full bathroom on the 1st level is complete with a stackable washer & dryer. The house is perfect to lay your head with a nice deck. A little dated, but clean and so close to the beach! Everyone liked that it was a close walk to the restaurants and bars.
