Direct Booking Review November 2024: This house was perfect for our 6 couples. Each couple had their own bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could possibly need! Pier42 associates were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay! We will return!  
  
Direct Booking Review October 2024: This house was amazingly beautiful and accommodating to multiple families and it has an elevator. This large home had plenty of kitchen space and seating for large family gatherings. The location is not far from everything. Last, the Pier 42 property manager was friendly and welcoming!

Please know that the following is included in your price:  
Our cleaning fee includes both the cost of professional cleaning upon departure and the following items:  
White, fresh linens for each bed, made up prior to your arrival.  
A fluffy, white bath towel for each potential guest, as well as two washcloths.  
A hand towel for each bathroom sink.  
A bathmat for each shower/tub.  
Kitchen towels are supplied.  
  
Amenities kits including eco-friendly products: dish soap, dish detergent, dish sponge, laundry detergent, shampoos, conditioners, body and hand soaps.  
  
A roll of paper towels for the kitchen.  
Bath tissue for each bathroom.  
  
Mandatory damage waiver, taxes, and processing fee are also included in your total.  
  
Note\* Please know that amenities items are not necessarily meant to be supplied for the entire length of your stay, but helpful products in case you forget or run out!  
  
  
Age Requirement: Guests under 25 must receive pre-approval.  
  
Smoke-Free Environment: All Pier 42 Properties are smoke-free zones.  
  
Pets are not permitted unless otherwise authorized at this property.  
Failure to acquire proper authorization will incur additional fees.  
  
Safety First: Fire pits and deep fryers are prohibited to ensure guest safety.  
  
Pool Heating is not available at this property.  
  
Ample parking for up to 10 vehicles.  
  
  
❌CANCELLATION POLICY  
  
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals. Admin fees are non-refundable.  
Check in is at 4 pm and Check out is at 10 am  
  
Unauthorized late check-outs will incur additional fees.  
  
When leaving the property, please make sure that all doors and windows are closed/locked.  
  
Please make sure that all appliances are turned off (stove, television, iron, etc.)  
  
Please set the thermostat accordingly: Please do not set the thermostat below 73 in the summer season or above 73 in the winter season.  
  
No unauthorized pets on the property.  
  
There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.  
  
No diving or glass containers in the pool area.  
  
Elevator use: The elevator is for transporting a person(s) from one floor to another. Please do not utilize the elevator to transport groceries or luggage without person(s) in the elevator. Children are not permitted to utilize the elevator alone. Adult supervision is required. Ensure person(s) utilizing the elevator have a mobile phone on them during elevator use. Close accordion and main doors tightly on all levels. Do not attempt to open elevator doors prior to the call light turning off.  
  
Smoking, vaping or recreational drug use is not permitted on the property.  
  
Underage drinking is not permitted.  
  
Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels at a minimum, particularly in the late evening until morning.  
  
Report any damage or maintenance issues to the property management company immediately.  
  
Our properties are individually owned, so please respect them as if they were your own.  
  
Do not exceed the maximum capacity for parking spaces.  
  
Do not jump from balconies, windows, or furniture.  
  
Be cautious of areas with steps or tripping hazards.

#### Blue Diamond Stay

12 men had a wonderful time staying in the Blue Diamond. Communication, with the host about the rental was good. The home was clean, everything worked, and the view was spectacular. I highly recommend this home for a beach trip. Easy to find, close to restaurants, fresh seafood market and intra-coastal waterway boat launch.

#### No callbacks EVER!

No one answers messages or phone calls from property management or the owner! Owner wanted a written letter in regards to having a vehicle on the premises for a special needs child from the Town Hall. Would not allow hook ups for water or electricity for his transport vehicle. Would like to use stronger language in this review but even a one star is over rated for the people associated with this rental experience!!!

#### Perfect vacation for our large family

This was our first trip to Holden Beach and we couldn’t have a better location. We could walk to three restaurants, (with the best one directly across the street) ice cream shop and the grocery store was a short distance away. The house is large enough for everyone to have their own room and sitting on the balcony with the breeze and great view is an enjoyable plus to this fine vacation retreat.

#### Huge home! Great for friends and family!

We had a great time at this property. The home was very big and accommodating to all our guest and needs. It was a newer updated home and clean. Stellar Realty (our host) was on top of all of our questions and concerns. I would recommend this property and host to friends and family. Definitely a cozy place right in the beach with easy access.

#### Most Amazing Weekend Ever!

The point of the weekend was to have family and friends gather in a cultural context. We had a fabulous time. Breakfast, dinners, brunch and golf on the beach with solo cups. All made the weekend an unforgetable experience with family and friends. Thank you Stellar Realty. The Blue Diamond lives up to its name.

#### Wonderful Beach in NC

Nice and roomy for our entire family, Blue Diamond lived up to its advertisement. It was comfortable, well supplied and close by shops and restaurants, walking distance! Being on the beach with a pool besides was perfection. The property managers were very responsive to any questions.

#### Stay at Holden Beach

We stayed at Blue Diamond during the spring break. We found the check in process smooth and the notification from the rental agency very helpful. Property was clean and nicely decorated with perfect location. Almost all the rooms provide ocean view, the balcony is large with good seating arrangements and property has direct and private beach access. Although the temperature was in mid 60s, pool area was a great hit for water play and barbecue. We loved our stay at this property and definitely recommend to others.

#### Wonderful house

Great house, great location - plenty of room for our group of 17 to spread out. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids on days when the surf was rough or when they'd had enough sand. Beds comfortable, kitched well equipped. There was no noise issue with the restaurants across the street. The kids loved being close to the ice cream stand. We'll be back!

#### Beautiful home in a great beach town. Sadly the house wasn’t ready upon arrival & promised time of 3

We loved the home’s location but the lack of cleanliness upon arrival after waiting a hour past check in was disappointing. There were folks in our group that even felt the bed linens may not have been changed between guests. Suggestion: Clocks in bedrooms & one in main living areas as well as more serving bowls & storage containers.

#### Great place for young families

A total of 18 of us (4 families) stayed in this house very comfortably for 4 days and had a great time. The location with private access to the beach and a nice pool made the days very easy for our young families - kids ages ranged from 3 - 11. We had one issue that was taken care of very quickly and will likely book again in the future.

Communication with Haley was quick and easy. Check-in was a breeze. The house is very, VERY spacious, but for some reason I was under the impression this was a newer house and it’s definitely not a newer one. Carpet needs to be replaced and the downstairs had a weird odor. The house has a nice walk way to the beach and located very near to the bridge. It’s located directly across across from castaways so at night time it would get a little loud, but I think everything was closed down by 10 or 11. Again, Haley at stellar beach realty was great to work with!!

#### One happy 3 yr old

This home is certainly large enough to accommodate a large crowd without feeling on top of one another. It was just my spouse & I with our son for his 3rd birthday. He thoroughly enjoyed walking out to the beach everyday. Overall we were 99.9% happy with everything. I do think cleaning was a little sub-par when it came to the flooring as my son's feet were completely black just from running around the living room. Unfortunately we were able to enjoy the pool at all, even though the temperature was in the high 70s to low 80s during our trip since the pool is basically under the home & shaded by the height of the house the pool water was freezing. None of the small issues had any effect on our enjoyment of the trip. Great home & great location! We were able to walk to the park, to get ice cream and food. If you are looking for some good seafood Castaways across the street is a must try!

#### Great location for the beach!

This house was beautiful to look at; but upon using it there were many areas that were not properly cleaned. The cooking accessories and grill were terrible, glad we brought some of our own. Pool area was filthy, hosed it off and cleaned the decking, outdoor furniture was broken and rusty, bathroom showers were not good, broken bunk bed, Maintenance had to be called for the kitchen faucet, dryer vent... but wonderful location!

#### Beautiful location and house

The house was perfect for our family of 26. We all enjoyed the house and location. All of the bedrooms were a good size and equipped with smart tv’s. The walk in showers were nice. The pool was very beautiful to look at- too cold to swim this time of year. The outdoor bar area on the beach side was a nice bonus. We would recommend a few constructive things - a griddle would be nice, a toaster, a new grill and more towels. We ended up buying bath towels and hand towels as well as a griddle. Overall we highly recommend this house for a large family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone when dining or just spending time together.

The pictures do not do it justice. A wonderful house at a great location. It helped that our weather was absolutely perfect. It really made our wedding one to remember. With ample room for each of our guests, an amazing 3rd floor entertaining area and a great pool and bar outside, a truly wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone looking to have their entire group stay together without feeling crowded.

#### Perfect fit for large groups

The location of the property is perfect, the house is big and well stocked. We stayed for 2 nites and we had almost 25 guests in our party still there wasno shortage of beds or bathrooms. Only thing missed was a swing on the property but otherwise its a gem! Thanks!
