This provides private beach access, private pool and beach clubhouse, all immediately across the street from the house. Renters will be provided with access passes for use of the pool and beach, and will have access to the marina on the Inter-coastal Waterway. The house was built in 2003 with the desirable inverted floor plan to maximize views of the ocean with a total living space of 2300 sq ft. Renovations completed 2022 included expansion of the upstairs bedroom and an additional bathroom to create a second master bedroom. Additional upgrades were done- all interior rooms were repainted and the exterior was repainted, new floors and carpeting were installed, new back staircase was added, an enclosed exterior elevator with access to the 2 upper levels was added and new windows and exterior doors installed. First Floor: Master Bedroom- King Bed, TV, bathroom with shower. 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed, TV, shared Bathroom. 3rd Bedroom 2 sets of Pyramid Bunks (Twin over Full), TV. Sitting area with TV, great for kids with game systems. Front and back porches, with porch swing and rocking chairs. 2nd Floor: Living Room with flat screen Smart TV, DVD player, and Stereo, large sectional couch, 2 chairs, table and 4 chairs in alcove which overlooks the ocean! Large kitchen area with 4 bar stools. Dining table seats 10\. Newly renovated Half Bath. 4th Bedroom with King size bed and new private full bathroom. Front and back porches provide great views of the beach and ocean - great place to hang out and enjoy a cocktail in the late afternoon. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking necessities. Kitchen renovation 2025 - new quartz counter tops, updated and newly painted cabinets, beautiful new kitchen table and 10 chairs, 4 new counter stools, new stairs and railings. New tankless hot water heater and propane gas. Rooftop deck: Great for views of the sunrise and sunset, a great place to hangout after the beach, or enjoy the evening under the stars. 8 lovely composite Adirondack chairs and small cocktail table. Ground floor: Plenty of parking, private outdoor shower, and storage, Gas and Charcoal grills, corn hole and ping pong, and 8 beach chairs and many sand toys for children.Large yard is nicely landscaped. This house is in an ideal location to walk just about everyplace on the island. Only a short walk to the restaurants on the island, as well as the free concerts, the Ice Cream shop, coffee shop, rental shop and Candy store. Besides having the beach and ocean, golf is only minutes away to Lockwood Folly and Carolina National golf courses. The house was super clean and fully outfitted in every way. The views from the main living floor of the ocean and shore were ideal. Then there was the rooftop deck which gave 360 degrees view of the whole area plus the night sky which we enjoyed numerous times. Our grandsons are 2 and 5 so the lush grassy backyard was a great place for them to run around and play when we weren't at the beach. Also provided is a full selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and games that we used daily. Wendy and Marc were excellent communicators and helpful in everyway possible which made the stay all the more enjoyable. The property exceeded our expectations which were pretty high going in. The owners provided prompt communication and answered questions thoroughly. There are 2 restaurants within easy walking distance and a coffee shop/beach rental place easily accessible. The house is immaculate and has every amenity you need - with a few luxury amenities as well. We appreciated the elevator especially on arrival & departure & for the larger grocery trip. We made use of the grill while enjoying some cornhole challenges. The outdoor shower was excellent & I'd say better than any indoor shower, however the indoor tiled showers were extra special as well. The main floor master shower is as large as a small walk in closet. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms & all beds were comfortable. We did notice on the king size beds that the sheets provided through the linen service really didn't fit. Maybe the kings are maybe a California King but we ended up not being able to use the fitted sheet. The main living area provided plenty of seating with the sectional sofa & 2 chairs. The kitchen had plenty utensils, plates, and glasses. The bottom level sitting area was nice too, especially if you are traveling with multiple families. Our favorite space was the covered front porch. We also enjoyed the rooftop for late night stargazing and nightcaps.
