Apartment was very clean upon arrival and had a great view of the river. Bedrooms, Bathroom and Kitchen were all comfortable and beautifully presented. Not too far of a walk from Hasting Street as well. Ammenities were very little though and we did go have to buy a few things e.g only one roll of toilet paper. This trip we were pleasantly surprised to see a cover has been put on the waterfront balcony to protect from sun and rain. The apartment was also redecorated and looks really gorgeous. The building has recently refurbished their pool area which is a favourite place for our kids to play while we can sit and look out over the water. Well located for town and Noosaville and easy walk or convenient bus each way. Would be great if the pool was heated because it was freezing and hardly used. There was no BBQ although it was shown in the photos and was mentioned in the property details and that we had to clean it. No pool towels and I am not a fan of only starter packs for consumables. In an age of reuse, recycle and reduce - the fact there is nothing other than a few tea bags, 2 dishwasher tabs, two bin bags etc. you go buy a pantry of products and then bin them. There should always be the essentials in these properties and if you finish the oil, or the bin bags, or the salt, or the pepper then you replace it. Not sure why you can’t check in at the property if all prepaid and not sure why you can’t leave keys inside when you leave the property?
