The apartment is walking distance to the pristine patrolled beach, renovated Sunshine surf club and eclectic village with funky cafes, bars, corner store and renowned restaurants. 5 minute drive to world famous Hastings Street and main beachWelcome to this lovely spacious apartment on Belmore Terrace in Sunshine Beach. The 3 bedroom apartment flows over one level with a wrap around balcony off the living room area. From the balcony you can walk down to a private fenced courtyard with a gate which will lead you out to the road and you walk straight down to the patrolled beach within a couple of minutes. The apartment comprises of the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with a smart TV, Nespresso pod machine and a well stocked kitchen. There a three bedrooms with a master ensuite and a main bathroom with full laundry facilities as well as a bath. There is also a small courtyard to the rear of the apartment which can be accessed via 1 of the back bedrooms, or around the side of the wrapped balcony. There is a single car garage as well as a tandum carport space. There is some additional on street parking but it is a first come, first serve basis. Included in your stay: All linen and towels including beach towels (pls bring your own make up remover accessories) Lief bathroom products (hand and body wash) Smart TV in the living area Family size BBQ Unlimited Wifi Beach chairs 2 car spaces Starter condiments to get you through your first night Full laundry facilities Black out blinds in the bedrooms Fully air conditioned throughout The bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans Nespresso pod machine Ocean glimpses from the balcony and you have full access to the apartment and the garage.Kindly ensure you have read the house rules including the strict Noosa Council code of conduct. We also manage U1 which is directly beside this apartment.
