The location is quiet but about a 1km walk away from the main shopping area and beach. Our balcony looked over the river. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A gym would have been nice but we took long walks instead. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was a bit dated in areas (older bathrooms for example) but cleanliness made up for it. Down short street a short walk to canals. Easy walking distance to put kayack into water to paddle around river and canals. Short walk to deli and some resturants and Noosa Ferry stop if you wished to take Ferry to shopping at Hastings and Gympie Street. Only issue was initially freaked out in main bathroom as thought rusted out screw from old missing soap dish was faeces.
