This home has recently been renovated with chic coastal tones, beautiful furniture and luxurious soft furnishings throughout. Located directly across the street from dog friendly Sunrise beach and a 2 min drive to Sunshine Beach or five min drive from Noosa Heads and renowned Noosa Main beach. This property is in the best location and is also pooch friendly'Sunny' is a beautiful three bedroom two level townhouse located in gorgeous Sunrise Beach. You can walk across the street from the rear garden to the pet friendly pristine beach in a few minutes. One of only two townhouses, there is a security gate to the front of the home. The ground level of the home comprises of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms (with sliding doors leading to the pool and alfresco lounge area), gorgeous main bathroom with free standing bath and separate laundry facilities. Both bedrooms have access directly to the fully fenced rear courtyard with luxury lounge area, private pool with fantastic water feature and sun loungers. There is a double garage with internal access directly into the property. A set of stairs will lead you up to the beyond beautiful open plan coastal kitchen, living and dining area. High ceilings, air conditioning and fans ensure the first level is always cool and enjoyable. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including a pod Nespresso compatible pod machine. The fixtures and furnishings are coastal luxury with breathable linen and light cottons. The living area flows onto a large undercover balcony with alfresco dining, BBQ and ocean views. The spacious master bedroom is located on the first level behind the kitchen. The master bedroom has a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. The top level of the property has air conditioning, fans and cooling ocean breezes. Included in your stay: Luxury linen and towels including beach towels Pooch friendly ($100 pet fee per pet per stay applies) Beautiful private pool area with sun loungers and water feature High chair and porta cot included (pls bring your own cot linen) Well stocked kitchen Nespresso compatible pod machine Children's books and toys Luxury Lief bathroom products (hand and body wash) Huge Smart TV in the lounge A/C and fans in the master bedroom and top level Ceiling fans in 2nd and 3rd bedroom Double garage with internal access Condiments to get you through your first night Full laundry facilities BBQ on the balconyAs our guest you have full access to the property, pool, outdoor courtyard, balcony and double garage :-)We are located on Ventura Street in gorgeous Sunrise Beach. We are across the road from the dog friendly beach in Sunrise. The two single beds can be converted into a king bed upon request with 72 hours notice. There is a charge of $60 to convert the beds.
