This newly renovated townhouse is laid out over two spacious levels. One of only two properties, this home has recently been renovated with coastal tones and luxurious furnishings throughout. Located directly across the street from dog friendly Sunrise beach and a 2 minute drive to Sunshine Beach or 5 mins drive from Noosa Heads and Main beach, this property is in the best location. We are pooch friendly :-) 'Sunny' is a spacious 3 bedroom two level townhouse located in gorgeous Sunrise Beach. You can walk across the street from the rear garden to the beach in two minutes. When you walk through the private front entrance you are greeted by the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, main bathroom with free standing bath and laundry facilities. Both bedrooms have access directly to the fully fenced rear courtyard with luxury lounge area, private pool with fantastic water feature and sun loungers. There is a double garage with internal access directly into the property. A set of stairs will lead you up to the beyond beautiful open plan modern kitchen, living and dining area. High ceilings, air conditioning and fans ensure this area is always cool and enjoyable. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including a pod Nespresso compatable pod machine. The furnishings are all coastal luxury with breathable linen and cottons. The living area flows onto a large undercover balcony with alfresco dining, BBQ and ocean views. The spacious master bedroom is located on the first level behind the kitchen. The master bedroom has a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. The top level of the property has air conditioning, fans and cooling ocean breezes.
