Unit 3 Shorebreak is a nicely furnished, comfortable, 2 bedroom unit situated on the 2nd floor and sleeps up to 5 people in a queen bed and trio bunk (double on the bottom, single on top) . Beautiful timber bi fold doors on the balcony opens up your space where you can enjoy views of the beach and parklands. The unit features air conditioning in both bedrooms, 2 x LCD TVs, 1 in the main bedroom, the other in the lounge, a DVD player, dishwasher, security screen on 2nd bedroom, flyscreen on the main bedroom, large balcony, and rear access to the large grassy backyard. The combined bathroom, toilet and laundry has a full shower and the complex offers secure entry and a lock up garage. Please note the garage height is approximately 1.8m so may not be suitable for larger vehicles. Bedrooms Main bedroom: Queen bed 2nd bedroom: Trio bunk (double on bottom single on top) Bathrooms Main Bathroom: Walk in shower + separate toilet Linen Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee. Booking Terms Prices vary according to the season and your length of stay, and minimum booking nights may apply. Parking Lock up garage. Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival.
