There is also a fabulous hidden gem of a cafe only 100m away called 'One Block Back' that you will be sure to visit more than once during your stay. Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite and open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens onto the timber deck where you can sit and enjoy the refreshing sea breezes whilst overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens. Downstairs are the other 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry with dryer and rumpus/ tv room for the kids, There is plenty of space to sleep up to 8 people. The bedding configuration is 2 queen beds, 2 king singles and 2 single fold-out beds. Well ventilated with ceiling fans throughout, high ceilings and air conditioning in main bedroom and living area upstairs. Features include dishwasher, microwave, free Wifi, dvd player and a single remote lock up garage. Enjoy your next holiday away from the crowds in stylish comfort. \- Please note that whilst this is a holiday house it is in a residential area and respect for neighbours must be observed. Parties will not be tolerated Bedrooms \- Main bedroom: Queen \- Bedroom 2: Queen \- Bedroom 3: 2 King Singles \- Extra bedding: 2 Single fold out beds Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday. Linen Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. I am total fed up with paying the money they are asking and there is always things wrong with the properties. Many things don't work or are in need of great repair. As property managers, please manage it. Fans can't be turn off, masking tape used to tape fly screen doors, needed a good clean, stuffy smell, apparently only cleans one a year.
