Think swimsuits, your camera, a good book and even a pair of barbecue tongs. But with a location that’s the perfect mix of proximity and privacy, your car keys can stay put in your suitcase, since everything you could want or need is well within walking distance. Positioned opposite the bay of Little Cove, the two-bedroom apartment is part of the Alderly complex, which lies nestled within the surrounds of lush Noosa National Park. This gives it a tropical ambience that is further enhanced by a soundtrack rich in birdsong and cool breezes fresh off the ocean. Stretching across two levels, the apartment is an ideal holiday base for families and/or friends, with plenty of spaces to unwind in peace or come together as a group. Soothing in its fit-out and furnishings, a palette of neutrals in both tone and texture creates a warm sense of welcome, enlivened in the bedrooms with patterns and artwork. Both these spaces look out to the kind of lush green surrounds that evoke the feel of a private oasis. They’re equal parts sleeping space and private retreat. In the heart of the apartment, an open-plan design brings together the charming lifestyle hub, which encompasses a well-equipped kitchen with casual bench seating, a dining zone to help encourage meals in the round, a lounge zone and a relaxation space oriented towards the view outside. Moving past sliding glass doors, the interiors open through to a spacious balcony, invitingly set up for alfresco dining and entertaining, with a table and chairs overlooking manicured gardens and the complex’s communal pool. Another perspective on the great outdoors comes courtesy of an exclusive rooftop terrace, again fully furnished to create a private gathering point. Meet here of a morning to down your first cup of coffee in company or gather at sunset to share tales of what you’ve done across the morning and afternoon. An evening nightcap under the stars is also a beautiful way to call time on one day’s adventures and turn your thoughts towards the next. When you’re ready to go exploring further afield, there’s no need to head for the car, since it’s just as easy to get around on two feet. Stroll along the boardwalk to explore the colourful native flora, fauna and Instagram-worthy surrounds of the national park or grab your board and head for one of Noosa’s famous surf breaks to tackle the waves. A wander in the other direction, meanwhile, leads through to Hastings Street and Main Beach, two destinations that need little introduction as their close proximity unites fabulous retail and restaurant options with a picturesque panorama that stretches across beautiful bushland, expanses of golden sand and waters so blue no photo could truly do them justice. It’s a wonderful locale to indulge in fabulous feasting before embarking on a swim or stroll, a paddle or promenade. Enjoy the company of coastal crowds and then head back home to a slice of paradise that’s both polished and private. It’s a walk that can take as little or as much time as you like, taking in the spectacular views or picking up speed to help work off the day’s indulgences. Either way, car keys aren’t needed – just two feet and a willingness to wander. We wish to advise that quieter construction work is ongoing within one of the apartment in the complex, potentially until July 3, 2024\. Please note that we do not manage the unit undergoing renovation, so we cannot predict the level of disturbance between 9 am and 4 pm. The noisy demolition work is complete, but the remaining construction is taking longer than expected.
