The pool is shared with the complex and accessed for this unit via your back patio The Neighborhood: Directly across the road is the patrolled King's Beach - perfect for families and safe for swimming. Nearby you have several playgrounds & parks including Happy Valley, multiple BBQ's and great local cafe's & restaurants are all located just minutes walk away. The unit is walking distance to Caloundra town centre & Bulcock Street. Cycle or walk the coastal walk way from Caloundra through Shelly Beach, Moffat Beach and Dicky Beach. Getting Around: You can walk or cycle to most local attractions from the unit. A bus stop is also nearby. King's Beach is a short drive to all the Sunshine Coast local attractions including Australia Zoo (30 mins), Mooloolaba's Sea Life (20 mins), Maroochydore (30 mins) and Noosa (60 mins). Other Things to Note: \*The unit is located on the first floor with stairs to access the unit via the front entrance. Just across the road from a sandy surf beach. Just a short walk to caffe and takeaways. Fabulous walks along the board walk taking in the beaches and shipping lanes.The accomodation was comfortable. Some of the appliances were questionable, a faulty coffee maker and a badly scratched TV screen in the bedroom. My biggest problem were the beds. The mattress did not suit my back which resulted in a painful lower back. Apart from these issues I would have given 5 stars. ##### John R.
