You have to provide all supplies (eg. Washing detergent, dishwasher powder, toilet paper after initial roll runs out). The apartment was over 2 floors, with a second set of stairs down to the garage. They kindly provided a baby gate to block the stairs as we had a curious toddler with us. A travel cot was also provided which was great. Check in & out process was easy, and good communication throughout as needed.
