Summary:  
This Golden Beach holiday home will be your piece of beach side paradise, with everything you need for a relaxing & unforgettable holiday on the Sunshine Coast. This spacious 5 bedroom home is ideal for large family groups; with a pool, a media room, multiple living rooms, relaxation areas to create the perfect holiday with loved ones. Enjoy a BBQ on the large alfresco dining area to relax with a drink and watch the kids playing. Walk to shops, cafes, the local beach or into Caloundra.  
  
The Space:  
This home is welcoming, spacious and stylish. The backyard is fully fenced and offers a place to swim (pool in the front yard), play or relax. The back of the home opens up to a huge open green area with mature trees that provide shade for the kids to play safely.   
  
FEATURES INCLUDE:  
\- There are 5 bedrooms (1 Master King bed, 3 Queen bedrooms, 1 with 2 x Singles) and 2 bathrooms (1 as an ensuite):

A plush King size bed, ducted air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe as well as private en-suite with walk in shower, vanity and toilet

\- The 2nd living space is a smaller media room with a TV plus Netflix, DVD player, and a bluetooth soundbar

Only 500 metres to the Chill Cafe and a quick 3 minutes walk to the Caloundra Powerboat Club, this is the perfect peaceful getaway - with a surf beach only 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike along the coastal path.  
  
\- Walking distance to Golden Seafood takeaway, a newsagent, bakery, liquor store & takeaway food options.  
\- Maroochydore airport is a 30 minute drive  
\- Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive  
\- Australia Zoo is a 25 minute drive  
\- Kawana Shopping World and Cinema is a 20 minute drive   
\- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 15 minute drive  
\- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 20 minute drive

Getting Around:  
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, nestled in the coastal suburb of Golden Beach, this home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are local bus services that operate close by should you need it, the home is approximately a 5 minute walk to Landsborough Parade where bus services operate to Caloundra Station (northbound) and Pelican Waters (southbound).  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\*\*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings, no guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)  
  
\*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. \*Please no events or smoking is permitted at any time.   
  
\*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.  
  
\*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.

The house was very spacious and comfortable in a quiet location but only a couple of blocks from the beach and local shops. Ideal for a family gathering. We particularly appreciated the plentiful supply of cups, plates, glasses etc.

#### perfect !

This house was perfect! We travelled from Melbourne to be with my son who lives up on the Sunshine Coast to celebrate his 40th birthday. It was big enough and has a fanatic open living area so we all could hang out together as a family and thankfully there was plenty of spaces just chill out on your own. we enjoyed playing in the pool, it was a good size and easy to hang out with our grandchildren. We didn't need anything as the kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve meals and to eat as one on the big table! We enjoyed our strolls along the waterfront. Perfect location. Just a short walk to the IGA and BWS . And being from Melbourne we could enjoy the local cafes and coffee shops. We have special memories from our 4-day family time at Golden Beach it was just "perfect".

We loved out stay at Golden Beach in this house. Check in process was easy and house was beautiful. Loved the space and the amount of rooms a beds. Perfect for a group of friends wanting to go away together!

Great holiday house but a few issues , only one (1) Netflix TV , bedroom one A/C not functioning properly , no sure but there appeared to some mould in the garage , I could be wrong but it appeared to be mould , apart from that as I said a great holiday house for 8 adults and 2 kid , great location, lots of games and toys for kids , kitchen utensils, plates, cups, mugs , just about everything was supplied

#### Golden Beach

The property was all that it stated. We were able to enjoy the facilities and particularly liked that we each had a bedroom. The amenities were excellent.

Beautiful clean , spacious 5 bedroom well appointed home. Walking distance to shopping & beach. Hosts communication and instructions were very good. Feedback from guests was - could do with mirrors in bedrooms. As we had 10 guests a third toilet would have been good! All in all a lovely stay at Coronation

#### Young at heart ladies annual getaway

The listing stated that the beds in bedroom 5 were king singles,when in fact they were only singles,which was a disappointment. Otherwise everything else was excellent. Would have rated 5 stars but for the single beds.
