Set back comfortably from Alexandra Parade, a beachside holiday home like this is one of a kind. Bring your malibu and your body-board and skip across the road to the Alexandra Headland patrolled beach to catch some of the best surf breaks on the coast.  
  
The postcard views from the spacious coastal lounge, dining room and kitchen, coupled with the vast undercover outdoor alfresco area, make it perfect for entertaining or just relaxing, plenty of room for a large group.  
  
Located just a level stroll away from a selection of the area's finest cafes and restaurants, and overlooking the scenic beachside path to Mooloolaba, you can park your car and forget it for the entirety of your stay.  
  
This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outdoors you have a large heated pool with a separate heated spa, just the spot to relax or soak up the sun on the sun loungers overlooking the spectacular views. There is a large covered patio with BBQ, outdoor dining table and lounge and undercover parking for 4 cars.  
  
The large entertainers’ kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, plus chilled filtered and boiling water on demand. For the family, you have a convenient outdoor shower, a bathtub, and a stack of board games just waiting to be played. Sports fans don’t miss out either! You’ll never miss a footy game or tennis match on your cinema sized flat screen television.  
  
Please note: there is a caretakers residence at the rear of the property which is occuppied at times, however, your privacy is assured.
