This 3 bedroom unit is located on the ground floor level and is part of a two-storey property, however, you do have your own access in and out of the property via the gate at the front. This modern unit will comfortably sleep up to 6 people with 2 queen beds,1 single bed and a trundle. Your furry friend is also welcome, with small or medium size dogs allowed inside and outside with a gated area at the front of the property with a small patio exclusively for you to take in the beautiful sun while you watch your pet play. There is also a lovely dog park at the end of this quiet street for you and your pet to enjoy. Other key features include: \- Air conditioning the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms \- Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in lounge room \- TV and DVD player \- Disability Friendly (walk in shower & separate toilet with grab rail - see refer to photos) \- Sodastream & Coffee machine (L’Or BYO pods) \- Washing machine & dryer \- Onstreet parking only (driveway is for upstair's use only) Please note you do not have access to the backyard. Bedrooms Main bedroom: Queen bed 2nd bedroom: Queen bed 3rd bedroom: Single bed with trundle Bathrooms Main bathroom: Full shower with toilet Linen Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels.
