The space
Think of this unit as a pet-friendly motel room with its own private, secure backyard.
Step up (2 steps) to the deck area and relax on the 2 seats with a wine and your pooch after a walk along the beach. Cook up a BBQ and eat alfresco in the tropical garden.

* There is a split system AC in this room and a TV ( not a smart TV).
* There is a sofa bed which would be suitable for 2 children or one adult It is a sofa bed so not as comfortable as a proper bed. When opened up, it fills the little living area
* There is a small wardrobe to put some clothes
* There is a sliding door out to a little deck in the backyard with plantation shutters for privacy.
Bathroom
* There is a large en-suite attached to the bedroom with a shower (note there is no door between the ensuite and bedroom, but there is a door between the bedroom and living room).
* Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied to get you started.
* There are 2 toilets in the property (one in the ensuite and the other in between the living room and bedroom).
Important notes about the property:
* This little budget-friendly unit is at the back of the property and shares a wall with the front unit. While the shared wall has been sound proofed you can still hear people talking in the adjourning room and the sound of running water from the shower and washing machine at times. The front unit is also a holiday accommodation managed by us.
* The kitchen sink is outside on the back deck.
* There is a small meal prep area. We do not supply a cooktop, nor pots and pans.
* There is no onsite parking but plentiful street parking.
* You have to walk down the side of the property along a pebble and paved pathway to reach the unit.
* There are no blackout blinds
* There is no washing machine
Only a short distance from some favourite eateries - Kawana Hotel, Surf Club, or one of the many other cafes and restaurant in the nearby shopping centre
IMPORTANT Note: the unit is the back half of a unit that has been divided into two separate and private spaces. Some noise travels through the adjoining walls from the front unit, and sometimes, the hot water may temporarily run out as it is shared between the 2 units.

Public transport is at Kawana Shopping centre just 270m away enabling you to get to Noosa, the Glass House Mountains and Hinterland, beautiful Mooloolaba and Caloundra and so much more.

Photo ID and a selfie - we do kindly request the person booking sends a copy of their ID and a selfie via the platform message thread once the booking is confirmed.
NOISE: The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm.
EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.
LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay.
LONG STAYS:
All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.
CHECK OUT
We don`t want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.
INFANTS:
PORTA COT - Nil available at this time.
MANAGEMENT FEE - this is our damage waiver to cover any accidental damages so you don`t have to worry - see house rules for the details.
PETS: We are pet lovers and they are welcome upon application. The unit is suitable for 1 small dog. There is a small pet fee of $80 per stay.
- No noise after 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities.
- Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees.
- If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP as additional charges may apply.
- In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account. If the cleaner’s or property manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply.
