Located in Little Cove, one of Noosa’s most sought-after holiday locations, this townhouse is perfectly positioned just a few minutes' walk to Little Cove Beach and adjacent to the tranquil rainforest. Lovely accommodation perfect for families, small groups or that romantic getaway.

Little Cove Gem is bathed in sunshine with lots of natural light and set amongst the trees of Little Cove. Capturing the ocean breezes throughout the day, while providing beautifully shaded areas, the town house opens up at either end to create a seamless flowing space.  
  
Backing onto the beautiful backdrop of Noosa National Park, and close to the famed surf of Noosa’s First Point, the property blends with its bush and beach surrounds.  
  
The feeling is of comfort and seclusion, with generous indoor and outdoor spaces, leafy and relaxed.  
The light-filled kitchen/dining/living space is equipped with modern appliances. The bedrooms upstairs open to private balconies to allow the sea breeze to flow through. The townhouse has a generous sized back courtyard with a BBQ and an outdoor dining table.  
  
You have the option of strolling to the end of the street to enter Noosa’s National Park, fairy pools, and the sheltered Little Cove beach. Or take a walk along the picturesque boardwalk to the world-renowned Hastings Street and Main Beach.  
  
Large glass doors open wide to encompass both the front and rear courtyard areas.  
  
Downstairs boasts a large air-conditioned lounge, dining area, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The back courtyard is perfect for outside holiday dining, BBQs or an afternoon drink.  
  
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a comfortable King bed, private balcony and TV.  
The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made into a King bed upon request, a private balcony and TV.  
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.  
  
Guests will have everything they need with a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, outdoor entertaining area, 2 x spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.  
  
Both bathrooms are spacious. One is downstairs, the other upstairs. There is a self-contained laundry with washer and dryer.  
Off-street parking available for 1 car on the driveway, and free street parking.
