Less than a 5min walk to the beautiful Alex beach. Boasting a spacious yet cozy open living, dining & kitchen area that backs directly onto the outdoor entertainment area & pool, it's perfect for spending quality time together with family & friends. It features 4 bedrooms & an additional multipurpose room converted into a 5th bedroom, allowing plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a luxurious & peaceful holiday. The Space: Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining and living area, split system air conditioning, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, outdoor swimming pool, BBQ, pool pavilion, master suite with retreat and plenty of outdoor furniture - this is the perfect destination to relax and make lasting memories! Downstairs: Upon entry is a double car garage, the multipurpose room and a bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. Set up with a queen bed in the bedroom and a bunk in the multipurpose room, downstairs creates a great space to accommodate a family separate to the upstairs bedrooms. Mid-Level: Boasts a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outlook over the pool and backyard. With large open doors to the patio the space can really open up for a variety of outdoor and indoor living and dining options perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon wine and cheese. The main living room has a smart TV for the lazy days or to entertain the kids. When you’re not at the beach, swim in the pool. Or whip up lunch and dinner with the help of the gas barbecue and al-fresco pool pavilion. Also, a perfect stop to sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy the evening away. Alexandra Headland is also ringed by Mooloolaba, Buderim and Maroochydore with a superb coastal sweep to the north and bush foothills to the west.
