"Great location on a quiet dead end street but within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, especially Claudia and Scarlet. Breakfast was excellent."

"Great location. Great onsite restaurant and cafe/snack store. Only one elevator was working and posed a real inconvenience. Lights were out on our floor (floor 3) in the hallway (which is outdoors). It was not only unsafe because you couldn’t see - it felt unsafe because a nook by the ice machine was pitch dark- and someone could easily hide there. Seems like replacing light bulbs would fall under basic maintenance…"

"Staff was delightful. A nice charcuterie, board and wine in the lobby for happy hour was much appreciated. Our room was spacious and very nicely appointed. If we ever stay in Orange Beach again it’ll be here."

"Hi!Your link doesn't work.Just a few things that you might find helpful.Because it was dark when we got to the property, it wasn't clear how to get into our unit. We were trying to enter "Couples" with our "Seascape" key; explicit instructions would have caused a lot less anxiety.The kitchen was crawling with, what looked like, fire ants. I left a message with you that evening but didn't receive a call back. We bought ant spray, but because the activity subsided substantially, by the nextDay, we didn't use it (left it under the sink) for fear that it would wake a sleeping giant.Both bathroom doors more than drag and are quite loud when shutting (especially master) especially in the middle of the night.The main bath "hot" and "cold" is reversed; that was pretty frustrating.All that being said; the unit was decorated very tastefully, the view was spectacular, beds comfortable and we found folly beach very charming.Lastly, communication that I had via email was wonderful! "Absolutely beautiful home on a quiet stretch of beach. Very well accommodated and everything works perfectly. Family from Minnesota and Oregon shared a week here. The kitchen was very well organized and stocked with great pans where we cooked several meals. The screen porch was nice when it rained a bit and it helped when it was a bit too windy. Great spot!"

"This was one of the nicest vacation homes I've ever stayed in. The house is even bigger than it seems in pictures - everything was updated so beautifully, it was very clean, and the location was a perfect combination of peaceful and close to downtown Folly. Would love to come back and stay again soon."
