Welcome to Gardenia, Located on mm 13 the place you never want to leave & don't have too :) This 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home offers private heated pool, hot tub, games, the dock of your dreams!! An indoor poker room & a separate man cave. You truly wont want to leave this getaway. Jet ski lift & 2 boat slips. Book today!  
  
The Space:  
Welcome to Gardenia, you will find a layout of the sleeping space below,  
  
Upstairs Bedrooms:  
1) Queen Bed, sleeps 2  
2)Master Suite - King Bed, sleeps 2 (pack and play in closet) w/ Master Bath  
  
Downstairs Bedrooms:  
1) Bunk room - sleeps 4  
2) Queen bed, sleeps 2  
3) Queen bed, sleeps 2, a cabinet bed in the room, sleeps 2  
4) Master Suite - King bed, sleeps 2 (pack and play in closet) - a twin day bed, and a trundle (sleeps 2) w/ Master Bath  
  
  
Entering the mancave you will be greated with a ping pong table, shuffle board, Golden Tee arcade game, dart board. There is also a comfortable sitting area with couches and a table with a tv for your enjoyment. You will also find board games, card games and activities for the whole family.  
There is also a second large refrigerator and small refrigerator with complimentary water. You will also find a small freezer with complimentary ice.  
  
When you walk downstairs you will be welcomed by large windows overlooking the lake and pool with a large deck. You will have a great sitting area with a pullout queen sofa sleeper and a poker table & chips. There are plastic cups in the cupboards, these are to be used on the pool deck & the hot tub area, no glass is allowed by the pool or dock. There are beach towels provided for use at the pool & hot tub as well as some books, games and pool toys for the kids to enjoy :)  
  
We provide a fully stocked kitchen are able to use any of the supplies in the closet off the kitchen, all items are complimentary. You will find things such as crock pots, insta pot, paper plates, etc.  
  
Wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee on the screened in porch off the kitchen where you will find comfortable chairs and a beautiful view of the lake. Adjacent to the screened porch you will find a large table and chairs for 10, for a wonderful dinner on the deck or an evening round of cards. The lower deck boasts a table with a bench and chairs as well as a smaller seating area with seats that swivel to enjoy the view with your favorite people.  
  
  
Entering the pool deck you will find a large pool, heated!! , serviced twice a week. Corn hold, floaties, toys, little kid life jackets and floaties. There are 4 loungers, low top table for 4 and a high top table for 4. There is a sound system (no use during quiet hours). There is also a cozy hot tub serviced twice a week to ensure cleanliness.  
  
  
Finally, the dock. This dock holds two slips, 12x28 and 12x32. There is a large swim mat, noodles, floaties, chairs and loungers. There are 3 single person kayaks complimentary for use with a reservation, 2 large and one small as well as lifejackets. In addition, there are 2 jet ski lifts on the dock as well.  
  
We hope you enjoy your time at Gardenia Getaway, once you arrive you truly wont want to leave - and the best part? You don't have too :)

What an amazing Lake oasis. The property is immaculately maintained and well stocked with all the essentials. I especially liked the finer touches like toothpaste, mouthwash, k-pods, water, and soap and shampoo. This is a great location on the lake with plenty of room for the toys and a huge family. We made some great memories with our extended family in this house and so will you!

We had such a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but the real highlight was the man cave — it was packed with games and entertainment for all ages. We spent hours playing pool, darts, board games, and more. It was the perfect hangout spot.The rest of the home was just as impressive — cozy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and a peaceful outdoor area that made it easy to unwind. The location was quiet but close to everything we needed.Our host was super friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We made some great memories here and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend for families, friend groups, or anyone looking for a fun getaway!

Great house at a great location. Clean, well stocked kitchen and plenty to keep you entertained. House speakers were a nice touch as were the dock speakers. Only small issue we had was pool didn’t filter but they sent staff over immediately and also the next day to fix tge issue. Great communication and we’d stay here again.

#### Great getaway in Ozarks

This was a beautiful property. Owners were easily accessible to help with any issues. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. The pool was clean and beautiful. Perfect atmosphere to celebrate our granddaughter’s 1st birthday. She visited for a couple of nights and there were 2 “pack and play” cribs and a high chair for her. Also, house was baby- proofed. Great location, too.
