When the back of the soap packaging gives a number to report human trafficking… you realize you might have chosen the wrong motel. Noisy aggressive guests, women selling themselves, and open substance use. Clean room, was very concerned my car would be vandalized… based on the other vandalized cars. Friendly staff. Very inexpensive room tho!

Room was good. The staff were excellent. We would not return here for a special occasion weekend. It was disappointing that the facility offered a day pass. When we booked it was under the understanding that the place only had 6 rooms. We were under the impression that would be 12-15 people on the premises. Not so, we ended up with a group of young people and a barking dog on our second day We make the trip to Desert Hot Springs every year. The staff were a 10/10. Loved the place. We went there thinking we were guaranteed peace and quiet with a very limited number of guests.- not so
