Enter the sunken living room and get comfortable on a variety of furniture around the wood-burning fireplace for some pleasant conversation or a board game. Outside, a small balcony has some patio furniture for enjoying the peaceful sounds of wilderness with some coffee or a glass of wine. A bus stop is located at the entrance of the Snowcreek condominiums; the bus will take guests to Ketchum, the River Run ski area, and the Warm Springs ski area. Guests can walk to the lifts on Dollar Mountain, just one mile away. Shop at the mall or grab a delicious bite to eat at Sun Valley Village, less than a mile in the opposite direction. In the summer, a free public symphony performs from mid-July to mid-August, which guests can enjoy with a picnic and a bottle of wine. Ski shuttle details: A bus stop is located at the entrance of the Snowcreek condominiums which go to Ketchum, the River Run ski area, and the Warm Springs ski area. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The property was beautiful the condominium is in great need of updating, however it was nicely decorated. Needs an overhead light in the main bedroom. The only issue I experienced is that there were no tea kettle and only had 2 tea spoons. :) I know, silly things. Couldn’t locate a light switch for the outdoor light, so be careful, at night you can’t see anything, including the lock. I’m normally not one to complain, but this one disappointed us. I cook for my family so we came with groceries & supplies in coolers for a long stay (over a week). When we arrived I went to put our food in the fridge/freezer but it smelled SO BAD. It was awful, like old dead fish awful. We were concerned the horrible smell would seep into our food. I reached out to Vacasa, who had been texting me about my upcoming stay, but they are not the ones who are actually over the property… so I tracked down a different contact to get help. Not the easy communication I have had at other properties. When I finally got a text service- they told me I SHOULD SCRUB DOWN THE FRIDGE, walls, drawers & shelving to remove the smell, then leave the doors open to air it. Guys, there are so many things wrong with that. 1) this is my family vacation. No, I am not scrubbing down your fridge on my vacation. 2) I paid a cleaning fee & so did the renters before me. What are we paying for if not to have someone clean the place?!! 3) It was so smelly! I really did not want to “air it out” into the rest of the condo. We have to sleep there. 4) They suggested I scrub it down with a product that was not provided- So… not only did they want me to deep clean, but they also want me to buy my own products??? Super disappointed. Other than that glaring issue, the place was ok. The toaster is broken, the dishwasher is from the 80’s, but location is great. Love the pool/area. When we arrived our bedroom window and living room windows were taped shut on a Friday for painting on Monday. Monday morning we got up to a painter climbing over our balcony unannounced. As we were leaving our front door was taped shut with plastic. When we got home painters had been inside our unit. And now our sliders were covered with plastic. All this would have been tolerable if notified but nothing from Vacasa. When I contacted Vacasa they didn’t seem to even care about the inconvenience. ##### Brig L. Dog hair EVERYWHERE on the floors. Our suitcases got covered so obviously someone didn’t vacuum or used a really crappy vacuum. One in the unit was 20+ years old. 2\. Grab several cups, dishes and silverware that were unclean and actually still had food on them. 3\. Smells like the year the units were built (70s). All original decor, old smelling wood and carpets. Nothing has ever been updated. The dishwasher is literally from the 70s. You can tell the owners are cheap! 4\. THE STIFFEST MATTRESS!! One of the worst mattresses I’ve ever stayed on w garbage pillows. People come here to ski and board and play. They want a comfy sleep at night. This mattress will leave your body aching or you’ll get no sleep. Again, cheap owners. 5\. Most Importantly - COST!! If you’re charging $250+ Per night w all the fees, fix the above. INVEST a little into your unit. I’d never pay this much to stay here when there’s ENDLESS options in this price range that I saw the owners had way more pride of ownership, instead of price gauging people solely based on location. I would not recommend this place overall. Disappointed. ##### Matt Y. The condo is conveniently located within a 7 minute drive to Bald Mountain and only 3 minutes to town. The residence was clean and easy to access when we arrived. There is a really wonderful view to the north. It is very centrally located. I actually am a former resident of this area and knew this would be a great location to get around. It is close to Sun valley Village but a very short walk or drive to town. There is quite a bit of cooking equipment and utensils, the linens and bed were very nice. It is clean and it is only used for short term rental which I always find nice. When I have rented in other places where people are also living, I sometimes felt a little funny with all their things around especially if cluttered. What I liked about this place is that it is apparently only used for a short term rental. I only had two minor issues: one is that there is no laundry within the unit. There is a laundry on site which I did not use but I think for many people having a small laundry would be more convenient. Also, I only turned on the television once and I realize on these vacations most people will not be sitting around watching TV. That said, having something like Apple TV with Netflix and Amazon prime would be nice so for more movies etc. There is full cable service of course but having streaming would be nice. This is no big deal and i would certainly stay here again without it; just a suggestion. Overall I really liked this condominium and would recommend it. ##### Sara R. The beds are terrible and I have never slept on a harder bed in my life. The 2 pillows provided were grossly inadequate and even stacked on top of each other were not thick enough to space the gap between a shoulder and head. More attention should be paid to making the accomodations comfortable and less on the cutsy decor. Even a simple pillow top mattress or memory foam pad on the bed would help. The carpets are worn out and torn on the stairs. The owner needs to invest a little for an acceptable level of rent. ##### Ed H. Snowcreek location was perfect however, I would not rent this condo again. The furniture is tired, dirty and uncomfortable and positioned in a way that you can't see the mountain views easily. The views from the windows are of other condos and balconies and there is a large TV atop a chest in the master which is blocking the window. No washer/dryer in unit is inconvenient.This unit has potential but needs updating. ##### Louise S. Beds are terribly firm and uncomfortable. No air conditioning, and the possible wall unit has no usage instructions. Never could find all the light switches. We enjoyed the fireplace on the cool summer mornings. The swimming pool was cloudy and an old dead mouse was found in the filter. We didn't use the pool again the rest of our stay. If the pool would have been clean - we would have rated this property 5 stars. We were willing to pay an extra $20-30/night (compared to other listings) for the pool access but I would opt for a less expensive condo without a pool in the future, unless I knew that the pool was being cleaned and maintained. ##### Jody B.
