No check-in-just open the units unlocked door and keys on counter. Walking to River Run is not possible if carrying skis, boots, poles. Major potholes at entrance. Parking was a disaster, nothing plowed, no sand or ice melt on treacherous steps. Husband slipped on ice, fell down, was bloodied & bruised and could only ski one day.
