There was no heat in the main living area the gas fireplace was broken and it was -35 with ice on the inside windows and doors. We could not get ahold of the property management for about 2 hours when we did he explained where the 1 space heater was tucked away behind the furniture. Since he knew the fireplace was broken it would have been nice to been made aware and the space heater out and ready for our family. I requested another space heater which he readily helped with. The condo was just as described, and very comfortable for our family of 4\. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home, the hot tub was amazing after our days on the mountain, and they even had a Christmas tree set up which was such a nice touch. My family had a wonderful March break vacation at Sun Peaks! The location of this accommodation was perfect for us. Ski in and out from a quiet part of the resort. The condo itself was spacious, bright and had everything we needed including a hot tub! We enjoyed staying there and will be back again for sure! ##### Shawn S. This time my spouse came along. My son brought a friend with him too and we all had a great time, many memories for life. The condo was right next to the Orient run and chair. You have your choice of either getting on the Orient or the Morrisey. The hot tub was so nice to get in at the end of the day as I'm not sure if my legs would have made it. Location was nice for skiing, a bit of a walk to the village but ok. The condo itself was really nice with everything we could have needed and more. We will be coming again. Thank you ##### Robert R.
