Picture yourself sipping your morning coffee on the spacious deck, as colorful birds dance in the trees and take in the natural surroundings or spend your afternoon sipping on a wine taking in the sensational sunset. Take leisurely walks along the reserve, bring your kayak or paddle board and explore the waters, throw a fishing line in or simply just relax and take it all in. You'll love spending time in our beautiful living area, complete with large windows offering uninterrupted views of the water. With a fully equipped kitchen having amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, stove, all cookware and pantry basics that would be necessary, you'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Modern bathroom provided with all bath linen, you will also find a welcome supply of toilet paper and hand soap. For added convenience, there's a second bathroom located in the garage& laundry, perfect for those wanting extra privacy or for cleaning up after a day of exploring the outdoors. This home is well suited for a family or a group of couples, sleeping up to 6 guests in total. Bed 1 - Double bed - wake up overlooking to the water Bed 2 - Double bed Bed 3 - Double sofa bed, overlooking the water with access to the deck Relaxing getaway also invites pets to the property as it is fully securely fenced, perfect for your fur babies to enjoy the scenery. This fully fenced yard also is great for young kids so you can relax on the balcony while the youngsters play. Important message for guests organising events. We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply. When we got to the property, the place was a mess . It was not cleaned, i had to get in touch with the property manager . Then we ran out of toilet paper and i was advised to take some out of the garage. Then there was.no internet and i was advised to find the dongle somewhere near the bookcase. The icing on the cake was when we saw a white tail spider in one of the rooms. I mentioned all this to Jessica and she ensured me that a monetary refund of 200 will be transferred onto my card, but this was not the case. Her reply was this refund reflects the time that was lost. My girlfriends and I were celebrating our milestone birthdays and we couldn't do anything at the place due to the issues we had from day one. A beautiful setting on Lake Macquarie to relax. House had everything we needed and the view from the deck at sunset will live in our memories for ever. Our dog loved it - sitting on the deck watching everyone go by. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here. ##### Kate M. The walk along the front was beautiful, the local shops have enough for what you need and our dog had a ball. It was very clean and well supplied, we didn’t need anything else. Thankfully the weather cleared up to catch the beautiful sunsets. Spacious living dining to take in the lake view and loved the fenced yard that wrapped to the balcony for the doggos.
