Welcome to Paradise! Stay in the amazing Keys and beautiful waterfront homes with 200 foot dock for your boat. Two exclusive heated pools to relax and enjoy the surrounding ocean view - just breath taking! The private lot is almost an acre with two homes and still very spacious. Stunning panoramic water views, sunrise, sunset, steps from ocean water. Bring or rent fishing and snorkel gear nearby to fish off the dock and enjoy the underwater scenery! The Space: Barry Beach main house has an airy floor plan from living room to kitchen. Sofas, lounge chair, TV, separate entrance to pool and patio. Dining area with high back chairs. Two master bedrooms have king size beds, bath in suites, and TV's. Cozy and spacious queen bedroom with TV near the third bath. Forth bedroom has two single twin beds and board games for entertainment! Tile throughout. Awesome fishing quarters for family and friends. Pet friendly! The Guesthouse has an open living and dining room concept with queen sofa bed and recliner massage chair in each space. The upstairs space has two bedrooms and one bath, the ground level space same layout. Kings and trundle beds (one king, two full and one roll out single bed) in each space. Launch your boat then dock it or explore the area for some fun in the sun! Location: Barry Beach & Guesthouse is located mile marker 28.5 on the Gulf side. Only a 10 - 15 minute boat ride to open waters towards Gulf or Atlantic. No RV hookups, no RV/camper/tent/outdoor accommodations provided (we are not campground zoned). Noticeable small upkeep projects such as light bulbs, chalking around tubs, clean up under house and in wooded area around house due to ocean debris in the main house could be better maintained. Views and amenities were nice. Place could have been cleaner, needs a deep clean but not terrible. The ants on the pool deck were really bad so unless you were in pool or on chair you couldn’t sit on side of pool with feet in. The restaurant/bar next door is literally next door and the music is on until 9 pm so if you want quiet or sleep before that it’s not going to happen. Property manager showed up on day 2 without notice which was strange but he was very nice and left quickly. Plenty of towels and seating, all in all good for a large groups. ##### Shieva Z. The houses and location were exactly what we were looking for. The property manager Walt was amazing - responsive and helpful. The cleanliness, especially in the guest house, could use some work. The alarm on the sliding doors and the very secure fence around the pool gave us parents such a peace of mind with all of our kids running around. The kitchen could use some plastic dishes for kids and eating lunch by the pool. We will definitely be back next year! The staff at Kiki’s was so welcoming and the kids had a blast dancing to the band. Thank you. ##### Toral H. Access to both homes is nice with a large group. View, dock, parking, outside bait freezer and pools are great! The only suggestion would be to add an ice maker to keep up with larger crowds. Family from California, Texas, Michigan and North and South Carolina. This was a memorial trip celebrating the life of my brother who passed in 2019\. This property was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room, we all had our own bedrooms. The houses were fully equipped beautiful and super clean. The views, pool, gathering spaces inside and out were tremendous. The owners were outstanding and very accommodating to our large group. We had a boat a few days too utilizing the dock, and fished off it too. Looking forward to renting here again also the location was perfect many of us went to Key West and Marathon to swim with the dolphins ##### Susan D.
