The property is quite spacious with a huge main floor, living room area and also a nice living room area on the first floor. The main floor is actually the second floor. 2\. The property manager was fantastic and responded readily to my requests. 3\. I love to fish and snorkel. We have a 30 foot boat that easily fit in the canal. The home comes with a fish cleaning station, a nice hose, a deep channel, and is ready for any type of offshore or inshore fishing. 4\. The property manager installed a bait Freezer which was fantastic for those who store a lot of frozen bait or chum. That way you’re not having to keep it in your own cooler or bring it inside. The property also has an icemaker outside, which is now right next to the bait freezer. 5\. The home is a little bit older and this is why I only give it a four versus a five. The skylight in the main floor master bedroom leaks when there is a very heavy rain. This is not that big a deal, but it is noticed. The electric blinds don’t all work, but again this is not that big a deal. We had an issue with the hot water heater for the first two or three days due to a storm. This was quickly corrected by the property manager and her team. 6\. There is under house storage area if you bring a lot of gear and don’t want to just leave it out next to the dock. The property comes with 21 person kayaks and lots of other water play equipment. 7\. There is a nice beach beach area as well. Best regards. ##### Eddie N.
