Set both A/C controls to 78 degrees Leave towels in tub before check-out Empty refrigerator and freezers inside/out of all food/bait including umbrellas

All garbage to be in bags and left at curb, recycle blue bin also to curb Load dishwasher with any dirty dishes and dispose of any trash Return kayaks to racks and any pool toys in storage room

Leave all bedroom doors open Lock all doors upon leaving and leave keys on kitchen island Store any games back in storage room before leaving

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
