Located directly behind Summerlands iconic "Big Yellow House" on Hardinge Avenue. The back gate can be accessed by Hardinge Avenue. Out of this gate is the easiest for walking to Summerland Beach. The two bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home connected by a spiral staircase. The family room with a smart tv and comfy sofa for movie nights.
