The property is easy to access (lots of stairs, so may not be great for those who have mobility issues) and was very clean.We took all three floors and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beds were comfortable and any questions asked were promptly responded to. Hosts (property management firm) was excellent; we can't say enough good things about them.Thanks for making our birthday boy (70 years old) so happy with a trip to his favorite place in California.Would definitely come back and stay again. ##### Sherry L. The set up was perfect. It gave my husband and I privacy from the kids when we needed it. But it also provided us with areas to gather and enjoy each other. Each living space was well stocked with every day needs. The location to the town and beach area were just right. The neighborhood was very quiet and the views of the ocean spectacular. The only issue we had was the garbage was overflowing when we got there and some cans were never emptied. Other than that I would highly recommend this rental.
